
During week commencing 23rd April the Company's Investors
in People reassessment took place.
The assessor, Carol Dudson interviewed 41 employees and attended
the presentations of the ILM students (see Kerrygold Improves
Leadership
& Management Skills).
Carol reviewed the comments of those she interviewed along with
other relevant paperwork which she saw during her visit; she then
assessed what the company does against the standard set by Investors
in People.
In a feedback session with Carl Ravenhall, Alan Ollerenshaw and
Clair Lawton, Carol highlighted how impressed she had been by the
many positive comments she had received from those whom she interviewed.

She then went on to confirm that the Company continued to
comfortably meet the requirements of the IIP standard
and gave the following feedback:
"Kerrygold
has developed strong and effective leadership, with
support for all staff.
There are equal opportunities for training and continuing professional
development.
Kerrygold has a strong culture of continuous improvement, inclusion
and consultation, promoting ownership of key priority areas
and involvement in decision making.
The
Company also meets the top health and safety standard
laid out by IIP".
