On 27th September 2007 the latest group of managers to successfully complete the Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate (Level 3) qualifications were presented with their certificates by our Managing Director, Carl Ravenhall.
The presentation was the culmination of the 18 month programme which included attendance on 10 workshops covering a range of management topics, the completion of 5 assignments, a residential weekend examining teamwork and leadership techniques and an individual final project which was presented to the manufacturing management team.
We would like to congratulate all of those who successfully completed the course and thank them for the hard work which they put in over the course of the programme.

The Course was completed by Team Leaders Darren Armstrong; Chris Flint; Emma Kusznierski; Paul Lakin; Sue Myers; and Owen Teare. Maintenance Team Manager, Paul Buckley and QA Technician, Wayne Bailey, also completed.
