After almost 36 years in the business Brendan Doyle retired
as marketing director of The Kerrygold Company at the end of March,
to devote more time to his two other great passions - his family
and golf.
Brendan’s career started when he joined Irish Dairy Board
in his native Dublin in 1969 and in 1971 he moved to the Board’s
London office, before arriving in Leek in 1974, following the Board’s
acquisition of Adams Foods.
After a successful period as Marketing Manager for various products
including Just Juice brand, Brendan spent 2 years representing the
Board in Saudi Arabia, before returning to Leek as New Product Development
Manager.

Brendan
has been the driving force behind many successful product
launches, the most recent of which was Kerrygold Softer Butter,
as recently seen on TV.
Brendan leaves with our thanks for his sterling work over
the years and our best wishes for a happy retirement.We look
forward to seeing him in the future as an active member of
the Kerrygold Golf Team.
