Firstly, Kerrygold would like to congratulate Emma on her
recent marriage to Matthew Kusznierski. Emma and Matthew tied the
knot in late August this year in Leek, the town where Emma was
born and raised.
Emma has been with Kerrygold for five and a half years, since 2001,
and has been chosen for our first employee profile due to her unstinting
hard work with the Natural Cheese Department and dedication to
positive team working and employee relationships.
Emma first started at Kerrygold through a local agency, as a Packer,
and after three months, was taken on by Kerrygold. Emma proved
herself to be an industrious, thoughtful and responsible employee
and was soon promoted to Zone Controller in the same Department.

This entailed overseeing the production line and ensuring that
everything ran smoothly for the Team Leader.
Proving
a resourceful and friendly people person, Emma was promoted
again to Team Leader three years ago after her potential
was recognised by other Team Leaders and the Team Managers.
Regular
meetings with the manufacturing management team keep her
up to spec on where the Company is heading and involved
in all the changes and future planning.
